AttackAlarmsDirect.co.uk accepts your order on the basis that you have read and understood our terms and conditions.
Shipping & Handling of orders
We aim to dispatch your order on the same day which we receive it subject to passing our standard security checks. Orders must be placed by 3pm on a working day (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) for this to apply. Should you experience any problems regarding your order once you have taken delivery please contact us within 5 working days using the contact form on this website.
Security Checks
Security checks are carried out on all transactions which take place using our website. These checks are carried out automatically by our credit card service provider. If any of these checks fail we will perform a manual check and in some instances we will need to contact you by telephone to verify your order details. Please ensure you provide a landline telephone number when you order. Failing to provide a telephone number may delay the dispatch of your order.
Returns
If you find a product which you have purchased to be faultly we will either replace or repair the affected product. Products which have been subjected to misuse or damaged by you are not covered. Before making a return please contact us by telephone or email for details on how to make a return.
30 Day Money Back Policy
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on our products. To qualify for a refund the product will need to be returned to us in it's original unused condition and received within the 30day period. You are liable for the return costs of the product. We can only refund once the product/s have been received.. Please call or email us for advice before returning any products. Products which have not been pre-authorised for return may be subject to an additional administration fee. Refunds are for the cost of the goods less postal charges.

Our prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. All of the prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Whilst we aim to ensure that all product descriptions and specifications are accurate on our website we accept no responsibility for errors made by manufacturers or suppliers in the descriptions which they supply.
Attack alarms are not a substitute for taking normal precautions and exercising avoidance and care when traveling. Whilst attack alarms are a proven deterrent and designed to assist in alerting others, ensure you follow police guidance in staying safe. Attack alarms are powered by batteries and should be tested on a frequent basis. Replace the batteries when required. Remember, frequent use of built in torches will mean you need to replace your batteries more frequently.
